Dear Sir，
We are looking for the possibility to cooperate with you on an Air Conditioner factory design project, which is located in Greater Noida.
WORK SCOPE:
1.?Review and comment on construction documentation of Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Fighting & Plumbing.
2.?Incorporation of comments as per Sr. 01 will be responsibility of CMCU Engineering Co. Ltd.
3.?Design Supervision for 13 Months.
4.?Provide?necessary technical support during the design process.
5.?Provide technical assistance to getting all necessary local approvals, including preparing submission files of FIRE NOC.

We are expecting to get from you the following support:
1. Review our drawings and give us comments of amendment, ensuring the drawings complies with the local standards, laws and regulations
2. stamp and sign on the drawings after we made all necessary amendment to it, so that the drawings can be legally used for construction.
3. Provide onsite service 2~3 times per week during design and construction when it's necessary or required by the project owner. Onsite service shall be provided by an architect with at least 5 years of experience.
4. Assist the project owner to apply for urban plan approval, permission of construction, and necessary procedures for acceptance.
5.If by local regulation the drawings shall be reviewed by any government department/ administration, support the owner to communicate with administrations and make sure the drawings pass review.

Time Frame:
Three Months of Design Development (May 2025 to July 2025) & Thirteen Months of Construction (Aug 2025 to Aug 2026)

3.在設(shè)計(jì)和施工期間，如有必要或項(xiàng)目業(yè)主要求，每周提供2~3次現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)應(yīng)由具有至少5年經(jīng)驗(yàn)的建筑師提供。
4.協(xié)助項(xiàng)目業(yè)主辦理城市規(guī)劃審批、建設(shè)許可和必要的驗(yàn)收手續(xù)。
5.如果根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)匾?guī)定，圖紙應(yīng)由任何政府部門/行政部門審查，請(qǐng)協(xié)助與行政部門溝通，確保圖紙通過審查。
時(shí)間框架：三個(gè)月的設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)（2025年5月至2025年7月）和十三個(gè)月的施工（2025年8月份至2026年8月）
