Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:?The main content of this project is to conduct a road traffic safety assessment for autonomous driving open tests in Pudong. 二、申請人的資格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定；

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：本項目為預留份額的采購項目，預留份額措施為整體預留(專門面向中小企業)

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:?This project is a procurement project with reserved shares, and the reserved shares are reserved as a whole (specially for small and micro enterprises.)

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）單位負責人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關系的不同供應商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；為采購項目提供整體設計、規范編制或者項目管理、監理、檢測等服務的供應商，不得再參加該采購項目的其他采購活動。
（4）法人依法設立并領取營業執照的分支機構參加政府采購活動應當經由其法人授權。法人與其分支機構或者屬于同一法人的不同分支機構不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動。
